Aug. 14, 2019—A lively group of 14 BCDP women held their August luncheon at Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant. Our table sported a Baby Trump balloon, and extras were on hand for anyone who wanted one.
Elizabeth Warren won the monthly straw poll, with Pete Buttigieg coming in second. Also receiving votes were Beto O’Rourke, Bernie Sanders, Julian Castro, and write-ins Stacy Abrams and Oprah.
Next month’s luncheon will be held Sept. 11 at Cedar’s Mediterranean at 1:00 p.m.
