Don’t forget to VOTE today!

Tuesday, July 31st is the runoff election for the Democratic Primary. Be sure to vote if you haven’t already done so.

Check this link (Bastrop County Elections website) for poll locations.
You must vote in your precinct polling location! (Look out for “consodilated” precinct polling locations.)

At stake in Bastrop County are Democratic nominations for 3 offices:

  • U.S Senate: Paul Sadler & Grady Yarbrough
  • U.S. Congress, District 27: Rose Meza Harrison & Jerry Trevino
  • County Commissioner, Precinct 4 (Elgin area): Michael Flowers & Liston Crim

The winners of these runoffs will face a Republican opponent in November. Help us put our best candidates forward!

Coming up:

  • Bastrop Homecoming Parade:  This Saturday, August 4, Bastrop Democrats will march in the Homecoming parade. You’re invited to join us! Meet at Cedar & Hill St. in Bastrop between 9:00 – 9:30 am.
