Block-walking in Bastrop County
Every Saturday until November 6, 2012.
Meet at BCDP Headquarters, 709 B Chestnut Street (upstairs), in downtown Bastrop.
Brief training at 9:30 am; walk from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
You can be a part of our Coordinated Campaign to turn Bastrop County BLUE!
Saturday morning, we’ll be knocking on doors to find Democratic supporters and let them know about our slate of outstanding candidates — from the White House to the county courthouse. This is an opportunity for you to connect with others at the grassroots and tell your story about why you support Democrats.
Never walked for a campaign before? No worries! We’ll provide you with materials and training to get you started. If you’re fired up and ready to go, please join us Saturday morning at our new Campaign Headquarters (709 B Chestnut St. in downtown Bastrop). Starting at 9:30, we’ll have coffee and a brief training, then fan out to neighborhoods in Bastrop from about 10:15 – 12:30.
